During the development process, significant engineering work was performed across the source code, system architecture and operational workflows, forming the technical foundation for the next stage of the ecosystem.

From Investigation to Intelligence

The next engineering challenge was to extend the thinking beyond individual investigations and create a broader operational intelligence architecture. This led to the development of the NewEra Central Intelligence Agency technology ecosystem — NCIA.
